To join the Investment Property Forum it is necessary to have a proven background in the property investment field. Membership of the Forum is dependent upon experience and the contribution which can be made to the organisation. It appeals to those with experience and seniority.
Whilst all applications are carefully considered on their individual merits, it is anticipated that you should have significant experience in property or the wider investment markets. As a guide, we normally expect a minimum of five years professional experience with at least two in investment. You are also probably in a senior position within your organisation, i.e. associate partner/director or equivalent. We do however, encourage applications from those who feel they can make an active and positive contribution.
The annual subscription per member is £195 for the period April 2010 - March 2011.
